Silver Lake Auction's commissions are some of the lowest if not THE lowest in the area.
Lot sells for up to $10 commission is a flat $2.50
Lot sells for $10.01 to $100, commission is 25%.
Lot sells for $100.01 to $500, commission is 20%
Lot sells for $500.01 to $1,000, commission is 15%
Lot sells for $1,000.01 to $5,000, commission is 10%
Lot sells for $5,000.01 and up, commission is 5%

If you wish, you may place a reserve on items with an estimated value of $100 or more for a $10 reserve fee, payable in advance. If the item sale price does not meet your reserve, you do not have to sell the item and can pick it up at the auction house within 1 week after the auction ends.
